By acceding to this Agreement and providing your data to the website of Import-VL, LLC which owns the website https://importvlad.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and which is located at: Vladivostok, 32A Ul. Tolstogo, 4th floor, Office 406, and by filling out the feedback form, the User:
- Confirms that all the data provided by him/her belongs to him/her personally.
- Confirms and acknowledges that he/she has carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of his/her personal data, which he/she has provided in an online application (registration). He/she has understood the text of the Agreement and the terms of personal data processing.
- Agrees to the processing by the website of personal data provided as part of the information, with or without the use of automation tools, in order to conclude this Agreement between him/her and the Website, as well as its subsequent execution; agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.
The user also agrees to the possible cross-border transfer of the personal data and information (advertising) notifications.
The user gives his consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely, to performance of the actions provided for in Clause 3 of Part 1 of Article 3 of Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and confirms that he/she gives such consent freely, of his own will and in his own interest.
The User’s consent to the processing of the personal data shall be specific, informed and conscious.
This User’s consent shall be recognized as executed in a simple written form for processing the following personal data: phone number, email address, mailing address, full name, residential address.
The User shall provide http://importvlad.com with the right to perform the following actions (operations) with the personal data: collection and accumulation; storage (within the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date when a User stops using the services); clarification (updating, modification), use, destruction, depersonalization, transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures that protect the personal data from unauthorized access.
This consent shall be valid indefinitely from the moment the data have been provided and may be revoked by you by way of submitting an application to the website administration indicating the data provided for by Article 14 of the Law “On Personal Data”.
The User may withdraw the consent to the personal data processing by way of sending a corresponding request in simple written form to info@import-vl.com
The website shall not be responsible for the use (both legal and illegal) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution implemented in any possible ways. The website shall have the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes the date of the last update shall be indicated in the latest version. The new version of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Agreement. The latest version shall always be available at http://importvlad.com.
The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Website arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
